Supervision Fees – Supervision fees begin the day probation is ordered. The set fee is due each month until probation is terminated. Fees can be paid by money order, cashier check, debit or credit card* payable to: Probation Plus.
Restitution to Victim – When restitution is ordered, it is payable through Probation Plus. Any monies received by Probation Plus will be applied to restitution until it is paid in full. Supervision fees will accrue while restitution is being paid. We accept money order, cashier check, debit or credit* payable to: Probation Plus. Make payment out to Probation Plus not the victim.
Prosecution Fee – Payable through the St Johns County Clerk of Court. The Clerk of Court will accept many forms of payments.
State Fee – Payable through the St Johns County Clerk of Court. The Clerk of Court will accept many forms of payments.
Court Cost / Fines – Payable through the St Johns County Clerk of Court. The Clerk of Court will accept many forms of payments.
Prosecution Fee / Investigation Fee / Crime Stoppers Fee – Deferred Prosecution Agreement Clients Only) – Payable through St Johns County Clerk of Court.
Community Service Fee – A one time fee for clients who are ordered to perform community service. Payable through Probation Plus.
Immobilization Fee – A one time fee for the immobilization of a probationer’s vehicle tag and key. Payable through Probation Plus.
